"I brought my little dog for a total hair cut because she had too many knots. I explained that to them. They told me it was going to be $70 and it was going to take 3-4 hours. Most likely 4 hours. I agreed. I left and 15 m later they left me a message saying it was going to be $80 because she had too many knots. Not a problem. They finished the job 2:45 minutes later. They asked me to come right away ( I was pretty far away) they told me that if I did not arrive in 15 minutes they were going to charge me $15 for every 30 minutes. I was pretty upset. They have told me 4 hours! And just because they finished earlier not only they increased the price but they wanted to unfairly overcharge for the pick up. Honestly, they are scammers, I will not go back."

"This establishment is outrageously overpriced, and my experience was far from satisfactory. While waiting, I witnessed one of the groomers treating a dog rather unkindly, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. I brought my dog in with a simple request: a bath, because the weather was too cold to wash her outside. To my shock, they charged me a whopping $60 for just a bath. Back in my days in California, for the same price, I'd get a full grooming package that included a wash, nail trim, and a thorough cleaning. This place is a blatant rip-off, no doubt about it. And let's not even delve into the fact that they seemed to lack compassion towards the dogs. The communication was another issue, as it was challenging due to language barriers. It's evident that English wasn't their strong suit."
