"Location close to the airport and free shuttle is good as are the drivers. The hotel is very quiet, no traffic or outside noise. The room has a complete kitchen but when I read that a hotel has a coffee maker, I assume there is also coffee, but no. There is coffee in the lobby but it is very bad. Also the hotel site states there is housekeeping but does not say that it is once per week only. You can ask for clean towels at the desk. There are good restaurants, fast food and a grocery store right across the street but not much else in the area."
"Their shuttle service absolutely sucks. It doesn't say on their website that you need to call to get a shuttle, the other hotels in the area just loop around. I called and asked for the shuttle and she told me 35 minutes. It's a 7 minute drive and I've seen multiples of the other hotel shuttles. Ridiculous."
"The place is a little tired. Was surprised at the size of the rooms. We had a full size fridge, basic kitchen with dishwasher and 2 burner glass top stove. A reasonable taxi ride from the cruise terminal and a quick ride to the airport via complimentary shuttle."
"I travel for work, and stayed almost 2 months. It was a great location, and the free laundry is a great perk. Very well maintained. Arlene and the rest of the staff were friendly and always helpful. The 24 hour coffee is much appreciated."
"Great location, great rates, and friendly staff! Am greeted on a first name basis is how often I stay at this hotel.. Arlene does a fantastic job checking me in and Mark does a fantastic job of checking me out and emailing me my receipts."
