Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale Airport North Cruise Port 2301 Southwest 12th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315

"Worst hotel experience ever! We got there at 4:30 (checkin is at 4pm & I checked in online before we arrived) they told us we would have to wait 30-45 minutes for a room to be cleaned. I looked around and there were multiple families waiting on rooms. We decided we would go to dinner and come back so I asked the rep if we could go ahead and get the key for when we returned and she stated we would have to check in again when we returned from dinner. We came back to the hotel around 7:45 that evening and there were 7 families waiting in line and more in the lobby waiting on rooms. I was able to jump the line, luckily, and was given a key card. We entered the room and oh the smell! Room is old, stinky and quite the disappointment. We spent over $300 on this disgusting room but we had no other choice. I thought all Hampton inns were the same clean, comfortable hotels but boy was I wrong! Do not stay at this hotel! I promise you will also be disappointed with your stay and the customer service. Worst experience ever!!!"

"This isn’t the Ritz Carlton but this place has everything you need, especially for people who are cruising. Convenient to both airport and cruise terminal, an Uber is going to run you about $30 for a cruise and the airport shuttle is free. They do offer transfer to cruise terminal for $22 as of this posting. Best part, the customer service is amazing. I watched the manager help the staff clean tables after breakfast and everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. They’ll gladly store your luggage if you’re leaving the cruise ship and have some time before check in. The breakfast was very good and overall, amazing value for the price! Definitely staying here on the next flight in."

"Loved staying here. They have great breakfast but most importantly they have great customer service. Lynn was so welcoming and pleasant. She strives to make everyone feel special. She made my family and I feel like at home. The kids loved “auntie Lynn”. The rooms were clean. The location is great as there are many stores walking distance. Oh, and they animal friendly."

"Easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were filthy. The floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in months. The bottoms of our feet were black. Weird brown-diarrhea looking stains on the floors too. Breakfast wasn’t that good, but it was free. Very bad/sketchy area…cars were broken into while we stayed there. They used a third party company but The shuttles to the cruise port were extremely disorganized, almost missed our check in time. Should have just gotten an Uber instead-quicker & cheaper. The only good thing about the hotel was the front desk staff. All very nice. But for almost $300 a night, we were expecting better. We’ll never stay here again"

"Excellent service! Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. We felt welcomed the minute we arrived. The room was big and clean. Complimentary hot breakfast was delicious. The outdoor pool was amazing, kids loved it. Free airport shuttle service was great and convenient. Overall, the stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel. Thank you :)"
