"Room: 2.5/5 stars - Stayed 4 nights Breakfast: 2.75/5 stars Plenty of options. Sausage gravy was decent. Eggs were edible. Biggest complaint: ROOM fridge temperature was locked at too low of temp. DID NOT feel it was safe to keep leftovers in after dining out or any food for that matter. Biggest plus: nice short walk to beach path. Nice safe area."

"Slow check-in.. but fine, friendly. The room was nice! Didn't get to enjoy the pool - too busy of a weekend. I didn't, but my roommate was able to walk down to the beach, so that's a plus! Walking distance to restaurants and other things... so that was great. Downside for all of us (our BoD stayed there for our weekend meeting) is we all saw the pancake maker at check-in... but the next morning it was labeled as not in service. Needless to say, all of us were bummed!"

"I stayed a the Holiday Inn in Juno Beach for one week with my two children from July 25 to August 2, 2023. We had a great time at the hotel. It is conveniently located a half block from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, pubs, pizza, and wildlife centers. The Juno Beach Pier is about a mile walk. As for the hotel, the staff at the hotel make it a great experience. Susan checked us into the hotel (a bit earlier than check-in time) which was much appreciated, it was a Wednesday, so I do not think they were overcrowded. The hotel is more crowded on weekends. Justin was very personable as he helped me to obtain beach chairs on a regular basis for the beach, which was a nice bonus as I am from out of state. Justin also baked great cookies that were put out at night several times during our stay. Jacob who worked the front desk in the evening helped me a few times along the way, going out of his way to help us print out tickets that we had purchased online. The printer was out of ink, so he just had me email the tickets and he printed at his desk for us. He also joked around a bit when I asked to be let into the gym, which helped me do after hours. The breakfast was above average on a daily basis, with many great options. Biscuits and cinnabons were made fresh each day and everything was very clean. Our hotel room was on the third floor with a decent view from our balcony. Overall, a great experience! I highly recommend this hotel, because of staff, service, and the little extras that went a long way to helping make this a great vacation!"

"I arrived here after traveling 1,400 miles. First impression was the exterior was clean and appears that the property is well kept. The first interaction with site Staff was Amanda who assisted me with my check-in. Amanda was professional & very polite. Check-in was quick & she provided all information I needed for the duration of my stay, even taking the time to thoroughly explain everything. The building I stayed in has secure access. Room is large and one of the cleanest I have had, Housekeeping Staff does a fantastic job preparing the rooms, even the hall ways are very clean! I do travel a lot for work and would not hesitate to stay here again if the need arises."
