"The front desk staff warmly welcomed me upon arrival, escorting me to my spotless and beautifully decorated room. The Christmas-themed decor added a delightful touch, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere. As a seasoned traveler and travel professional, I was impressed by the spacious and gorgeously renovated hotel and room. The bathroom was a standout with a large soaking tub, a spacious shower featuring both a waterfall and regular showerhead, boasting excellent water pressure and temperature control. The pool was something out of a magazine, featuring a huge Renaissance waterfall, beautiful cabanas, and an exceptional outdoor bar. This standalone building offered craft cocktails and stunning views, elevating the hotel experience beyond the ordinary. The pool views were spectacular, complemented by friendly service and a luxurious yet approachable ambiance. The hotel's prime location offers easy access to the renowned Meat Market restaurant and a variety of shopping, dining, and activities within a one-mile radius - including Red Pine, El Camino, Moe's and more. I enthusiastically recommend this hotel to friends, family, colleagues, and clients alike!"

"The hotel was pretty basic did they have a nice pool a bar. And restaurants within the area walkable from the hotel. What I didn't like was that they had no vending machines so if you wanted to buy something small juice water snacks you have to buy earlier before all the stores close. I was also disappointed that I was told I was going to get a balcony view of the pool when I ended up getting was a window view of the pool. AC was not cold I put that setting on 66 and still it will turn off and turn back on. Other hotels provided extra towels in the room and extra sheets and covers what we had was whatever was on the bed."

"The hotel is fine if you need a convenient place to stay near the mall or other shopping/eating. Pool area is nice; however, on multiple occasions there were no towels and no water in the filtered water cooler on the pool deck. Also, we were told that the Tiki bar opens at 4pm; however, we were there on NYE, and it was not open at all. We found an open bottle of water when we entered our room for the first time. Club room is OK - kind of cramped. Gym has the basics. The staff were friendly; however, I was a bit disappointed that I left a swimsuit in our room, and calling the hotel the same day and the day after 3 times, no one could find it."

"The facility was clean, modern and spacious. The staff was also very friendly from the vale driver at the front who helped us find the entrance and the lady at the front who checked us in. I really appreciated the welcome bag with the snacks. Additionally I appreciated that the rooms were stocked and equipped with the essential coffee and fridge. It would have been nice to have a microwave too. The other drawback was that the breakfast was underwhelming. We saw that there cream cheese packets but no bagels available. We’d hope that they would keep the pastries/breakfast stocked. And there wasn’t anyone we can ask for more."
