"Horrible. Pool only gets cleaned once a week so it was full of leaves and dead lizards. Not a single chair put out around the pool. Your pics show them so put them out. The floor in the room was damp and extremely dirty. Went from shower to bed and feet were black. Room was just so gross in every way. If it wasn't our 4th hotel stop and we weren't so exhausted, we would have left. Since this is a Wyndham, I'll vow NEVER to get their hotels or condos. They should be ashamed."

"Absolutely disgusting. It's almost comical. Others have covered it, no need to reiterate. You can tell whomever owns it is doing the bare minimum and just collecting the money with no attempt at restoring the place. Obviously a slumlord type situation. The responses from the hotel are hilarious. If you take these things seriously you'd actually do something. I was honestly embarrassed for the lovely girl at the front desk. She shouldn't have to put up with this dump. First and only time I've walked out of a hotel. This includes trips to third world countries where you don't expect to walk into the Hyatt. I look forward to the generic copy and paste response from the hotel management that they take this seriously, I need a good laugh."

"Filthy!!! I am truly disappointed in this experience. In our room, our bathroom is missing the doorknob. We cannot close it or have privacy to shower or use the restroom or someone might get stuck in it. We reported it to the front desk staff and was told the repair person would only be on site for 10 more minutes. We were at dinner, so there was no way we could make it back to our room in time since we didn't want anyone coming in with our personal belongings while we were away. I asked if we could change rooms, but was told there were no more available. I was told to call when we returned, only to them be told that there was no way they could get a door knob today. The room is filthy. Mold in the bathroom. Filthy exhaust fan. Odd residue near the television, dirt on the floor near the sink, behind the room door, etc. Stale odor in the room. Dirty carpet. I took photos. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge a $100 deposit for incidentals, that wasn't previously mentioned. Pillows are a joke. Tiny and uncomfortable. We requested a few more, told they would be delivered to the room, they never were. Uncaring once they have your payment."

"We booked for two nights. After leaving the first morning to go to work, we come back, and everything in our room is gone. We go to the front desk, and they say, they don't have our stuff, they may have it, it might be in a safe, maybe the maid knows where it is, etc, however, they don't have numbers for their maids which makes zero sense so they can't call them and ask them, nor did anybody try to reconcile the situation. I just followed up with them and was treated horribly by the wonderful man from India.He said the maids didn't take it, it would be behind the desk but it's not. So then where is it? We were treated horribly while asking questions about our belongings to the owners who were very nasty to us. I am blown away that they treat people this way. DO NOT STAY HERE! Nasty nasty nasty owners! The rooms are filthy and there's bugs in the bathroom. The place is empty and they wouldn't give us a room that didn't have stained bedsheets but take our belongings and then the owner had the nerve to yell at me? Horrible experience"

"The Other Reviews cover it well. We were looking for a quick stop on a road trip for two people. Before we got there they cancelled our reservation (Strange) we were able to get it back but meant a good while in reception and loss of our upgraded room we had paid for. Room was very basic, no amenities an seriously dated. (Not like the pictures) On a positive note. Wifi was very fast and the beds were comfortable. Probably would not stay here again. We paid $91.00"
