"We went to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. I read all the reviews before booking. We got what we paid for and we were pleased with it. The room was clean and cute & owners were very communicative with us every step of the way. Our room was even ready early! The only reason no 5 for the room is because the door to our room looked a little "weak", but we felt safe in that area, overall. We will definitely stay there again."

"We were scammed/defrauded by this property owner, Antoni. Nov 2023 we booked and paid full price, with 100% refund within 14 days of rental date (March 1-8/24). In December 2023, 75 days before our rental date, we needed to cancel our plans. Attempts to contact the owner, by email, via website and by phone were unsuccessful. No response. The phone message doesn't identify the property, sounds like AI, can't leave a message. The contact page on website doesn't work."

"The customer service here was great they were on top of it with recommendations on things to do with a variety of options. And you’re just a quick walk away from the beach and a handful of great restaurants! The door to our room wasn’t sealed the best but it worked fine and locked no problem. And when parking lower to the ground cars I would make sure to watch pulling in or the bottom will scrape if not careful. But overall this is a great value for what I paid in my opinion"

"Stayed here for New Years Eve.. as a local... I have to say the price was great and the vibe was on point ..The customer service was everything..Krystle went above and beyond and corrected a mistake when booking so I was super grateful...The room was super cute with the main thing i noticed was the bathroom could definitely use a little touch up... But everything else was cute and just like an old motel would be envisioned but modern. Walked to beach and town and even got a ride with a referral and an amazing little driver with a cart. We had an absolutely great New years and we will definitely look forward to another staycation!!"

"We booked this luxurious motel/hotel at short notice in November and were not disappointed. Everything was straightforward and nice. Check-in was online and quick. Communication was always easy and friendly. The accommodation seemed newly renovated. Everything is clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and the rooms looked spacious. The pool is heated and clean. The location was perfect. Just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Clearwater Beach and just a few minutes drive to the pier and local bars and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and well looked after and we are sure that we will come back. We can fully recommend Monaco Vacation Rental.
