"Was a little skeptical at first, but let me just say I was very impressed and amazed for the night. A great time. It just seemed to fly by. Humorous, great for family, even for just me and my husband. We laughed and were completely amazed. Noah and his wife were just great!. So worth it."

"I am very disappointed in the customer service of this establishment. We had a miscommunication about tickets and at one point or another we got sold tickets to the wrong show. On the website it said the hypnotist show was at 7:00. When I asked to confirm that it was the right time he corrected me and said the show was at 6:00 so I thought it was just a mistake on my part. When we walked in we explained that it was the wrong show. They refused to let me talk to the manager or give us a refund. My brother Gavon wrote a review sharing was had happened. He still gave them 2 stars. Then John (the manager) reply saying he was lying and that we had no common sense. In no way did we bash the show. We were just disappointed in the customer service. We are not the first time this has happened either. Every other 1 star review has a similar story to us. John claimed we were trying to “tear down a small business”. When you don’t have good customer service and refuse to give refunds people will leave bad reviews. It’s not my attempt to tear down a small business it my truthful experience."

"Leaving 2 stars because I have been to the show before and it was very funny. But our recent experience was frustrating due to the refund policy other reviews talk about. Before going just double check that you have the right tickets and will be able to get in because otherwise you will be losing your money. Editing my review to respond to John and tell our side of the story. We called requesting tickets to the magic hypnosis show which a couple of us have seen before. We called about the show which the website said would be at 7PM. You sold us tickets over the phone for a show at 6PM telling us that's when it started. We trusted we were sold the correct tickets. We got there and was told it was a different show. We asked if the tickets could be converted or something but there was strictly no refunds. We tried to speak to you in person but they would not let us. By the time we were able to get ahold of you over the phone for you to tell us about the money back guarantee our group had split up and left. 2 stars."

"Made a trip down to Destin, FL specifically to see this show and boy are we glad we did! Noah and Heather are so personable and make you feel like friends the moment the show starts. The theatre only holds about 90 people so there isn't a bad seat in the house. The magic is top notch, the staff is friendly and helpful, and for almost 2 hours of entertainment you cannot beat the price! The perfect night out for the whole family. If you are ever in the Florida Panhandle make time to check out Maximum Magic at The Harborwalk Theater!"

"Great little theater with concessions and a magic shop inside! The show was a lot of fun and there are plenty of shops and restaurants at Harborwalk to checkout before or after the show too. You can make it a whole night out. Perfect for families or date night! Highly recommend"
