Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront

"Rooms were clean. Breakfast was $15 a person for the same stuff you get free at other hotels. Hot tub was broken and also extremely high in bleach. It ruined 3 of our swimsuits and the staff refused to help or even acknowledge the fact that the levels were way to high. I was not looking for compensation for my ruined suit, more so for staff to not let anyone else get in while the levels were so high because that is very dangerous. It caused us to have rash and red burning skin. Not even an apology was given. We will not use this hotel again based on speaking to the managers and their lack of empathy."

"We stayed here a week, and have been pleasantly surprised! Our bed was first class, with a great mattress and pillows. It seems like a little thing, but so many great hotels have average beds. These beds are great! It is close the everything; we walked to everything we wanted to do and to every dinner. Save a lot on Ubers. It was a great stay; the staff was so pleasant, and the cleaning staff was very professional, our room was spotless."

"Great place. No complaints other than the elevator needing service or replacement. Employees very friendly, and helpful. Clean hotel, and directly on the beach. Little bit more expensive than other hotels on the beach, and some offering more amenities such as valet, and bath robes."

"I had an absolutely amazing time!!! The staff was great. The rooms were nice, spacious, and there's a pull-out sofa bed in each room. And, the atmosphere was euphoric. We rode bikes on the beach, walked the pier, watched people fish, had a few cups of wine on the hotel deck, walked to the store, and the huge plus was sitting on the balcony, waking & falling asleep to the sound of water waves. I am so excited to do this again!!!"

"The hotel is very nice. The handicapped accessible room has a very spacious bathroom. Excellent hospitality of the front desk. Breakfast is wonderful. Lots of things to do with walking distance. Fishing us permitted on the beach or off the pier. Great site. I highly recommend this oceanfront view property. Has a microwave, refrigerator, king size bed and a pullnout sofa. Nice setup."
