"Avoid this business at all costs, they will tell you everything you want to hear until you order the car. After giving them money they will not help you, it's been nearly 30 days since they shipped my car and I still haven't recieved it. At this point I don't want the car because I realize if their service is this terrible in the beginning just imagine if you need parts. One would think customer service would be nicer when selling $1000 ride on cars for kids. The customer service was rude and threatening when I said I would refuse delivery because they failed to reach their agreement to have it delivered in 10 days. Now they claim they will charge 40% to restock the item plus make you pay for shipping. Hopefully this review will help make up your mind to not buy a ride on toy from these guys! I should have read more reviews before buying. I have been scammed out of $1100 from this company. They claimed it was delivered but no one singed for it and nothing was delivered. This is just another china scamming company."
"I emailed the company multiple days ago with complaints on a few aspects of the vehicle that were defective. I have not heard anything back from them. It scares me that we bought a $600+ vehicle for my kids and it is broken and no customer service to help us. EDITED- After my original review, the company reached out letting me know they did not receive any of my messages that were submitted through their website. The company put me in contact with the production company. I was able to work with them to order the new parts I needed to fix the car issues. Please know that the weight limit of the product listed on their website may not match the recommended weight limit from the actual production company! In the end my toddlers do enjoy their "truck"!"
"We purchased a $539 4 by 4 for our grandson for his 4th birthday. It worked from April until August and then it would not work. We purchased a new Duracell battery and it worked for one week. Then only the music and lights would work. It has not worked since. Contacted the company 3 times and they didn’t do anything. Don’t buy from this company or you will be out $500 like I am!"
"Customer service is great... until you place your order. I ordered the Land Rover Defender + 3 Year Extended Warranty on October 28, 2020 for my nephew/Godson. I received it on November 18 (it was backordered) and it was damaged in several places. I immediately contacted support and it took several days for them to reply, letting me know they are sending a new one. The new one was delivered on November 28, also damaged.. I again contacted support and it took five days to get a call letting me know that they are just going to send me $60. SIXTY DOLLARS hoping I would just be ok with my damaged $500+ toy/Christmas present. I told them this was not an acceptable resolution and they said they would get back with me... a few days went by, so I reached out again on Friday, December 4. They said they would call me the following day to discuss. No call... It is now December 7 and I have a $500 damaged Christmas present for my nephew that I am apparently just supposed to be ok with."
"Purchased this car Nov 25th 2017. Called them a couple days after having this car because the MP3 was turning on and off. They let me know that when car was made it was not mad very good. They told me that I will always have to take our sims card, turn off car, insert sims then turn car back on for it to work. Having to do this every time my son was ready to ride is a hassle. From having to do this all the time has caused another issue. Now the sims card was inserted but not in correct area and is now inside of the dash of the car. I contacted someone months ago to see if we could get another sims card. They told me to send email to get help after I called. I send email be and it is now 10/22/2018. I didnt get any help or reply. I visited the website again today to see if I could get help. The chat ask how they could help me. I text what my problem was and they sent reply. They will get to me once a rep is avail. One hour later, nothing. I called the number and let the man know what was going on. He said he can see if the manufacturer can will be able to give sims card. He also said not sure because they no longer have that type of car anymore. I told him since then I have had problem with car not staying charged for longer then 15 ,20 min. He told me to take the charger and battery to home depot and have them check both to see if they work. If one does not work call back and he can look up the order and check on warranty. I explained how that is to much and I wanted to know now, if the battery is messed up just tell me know if I will be covered under warranty. He told me to email the order number from place I purchased car because he could not check right now. I sent email today Oct 23 2018 so I will be coming back with update on if I was able to find help. So far I am not happy with the product or company and will not continue telling people about this company. If they resolve my problems things may change."
