"Ordered uniforms a month before school. Received some shirts (not all), no shorts. Have called corporate and store for two weeks straight trying to get an update. No one answers the phone at either. Sent two emails to corporate and can't get a response. All I want is an update. Can't get any information. Store didn't have anything in stock. Did they not expect people shopping for uniforms the month before school!?!? It's a shame we don't have other options because this is a poorly run company!"

"Terribly run company. They take your money and 3 months later no uniforms. Last year it took 6 months into the school year before we got our uniform order filled. No one answers the phone locally or at the corporate office. I have messaged the company half a dozen times and there is only an automated response. Today I drove to the store and no one could tell me when my order will arrive. There were very few sizes available to purchase off the rack. The line wrapped around the entire store and there were only 2 cashiers working at the cash registers. In summary I spent over $400 at Dennis's in June and my children have nothing to wear for the first day of school. Despite many attempts to reach the company through our account, email, and in person. We have had no success. Extremely unsatisfied."
