"This location should get audited often by the corporate headquarters, owners, management, and sanitation departments Mosquitoes inside the hotal, the roof near the help desk area above the ceiling has water problems, the room has no large bath towels, nor any extra lines, and the pullout sofa is full of food crumbs and dirty socks, I would never rent here for anyone again. I know they would fail all sanitation health, and every other inspection that a hotel needs to be compliant with to stay open. Need a lot of work to be given any high stars. Very disappointing"

"No pillows or blankets. We needed a dog friendly hotel. There dog floor is on the 6th floor, room is basic which is fine. But there king bed had 2 pillows and no bedspread or blanket. The first time I went and asked they said they were out of pillows but would send up a bedspread. 3 hours I went and asked the bedspread they said they don't provide extra and I said it's not a extra it's they one that should be there. Then they handed me extra sheets and said they didn't have any. I thought a hotel should at least provide pillows and a blanket. Ice machines did not work, water pressure in the sink knocks a cup out of your hand, but the shower had no pressure and the hot water was miss labled. There was hair on the walls of the bathroom and if you don't close the door before you go to use the toilet the door hits your knees. Elevator made strange noises and the gap between the the Elevator and floor was about an 1 inch and a half, my dog had jump over it because she fell in the first time. You maybe trying to save money, don't stay here."

"Booked two nights at this location because it is several minutes from relatives. The check-in was smooth, quick and staff were friendly. Although we checked in at 3:20pm our room was not ready but it was not an issue as we had to leave and return later anyways. Upon coming to the room, we found the sheets filthy and stained with shoe prints on it. It was a cold night and we asked front desk for extra sheets but we were told house keeping was gone for the day. Luckily the room did have heater. The elevator is sketchy and wonky. It makes a bunch of weird noises and it does not perform well at all. Not sure if it has ever been serviced. We ended up staying a single night out of the two nights booked. Checked out and got a partial refund without any issues. Everyone we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. P.S If we would have had clean sheets and the room did not appeared to be dirty we would have stayed for our entire booking. Can’t say i’d recommend this place."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Not only Were the rooms immaculate! But the service I received at the front desk was outstanding!!! Ms.Brown The night auditor was warm, and friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area, which made getting around town, a lot easier for me as a tourist."

"Staff is nice. Very busy location; will hear all traffic on the turnpike. Rooms are not very clean. A/C systems leak into the rooms and need cleaning. Family was here for a memorial from out-of-state; I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame... this place has a lot of potential. Only sheets on beds; one roll of halfway-expended toilet paper. Rooms all smell of weed."
