"I am starting to think I am being PUNK'D! Among the complaints the last poster had, I have the same! I also ordered 3 polos at the beginning of August received 2 and yet to have received the third! That would be ok if SOMEONE responded to my emails and calls (which I have been hung up on) This place is a JOKE!!! I've never heard of a business staying in business that operates this way! The message on their coporate contact line says they're there with extended hours, simply NOT TRUE!!! Like I said PUNK'D!"

"We ordered School Uniforms in June and a week before school starts and they still don't have them in stock yet. Not a big deal. Then 6 or the 8 shirts that we purchased have patches that are already falling off. Poor quality for a way overpriced polo. I've sent multiple emails and called and yet to get a call back or email response as to how we get a replacements for all of these shirts. I certainly hope NBPS goes with another company next year. Tried calling customer service and hung-up after 24 minutes of being on hold. 8/29 UPDATE: Its been almost 2 weeks and customer service still has not emailed me back nor has anyone called me back fro Dennis."
