"We just checked in and have already had bad experiences. We arrive believing the coffee, soap, shampoo, ect will be replenished as it is at all the other hgvc locations we have stayed at, only to find a sign after we went to the store that says you only get a starter set of products and you are responsible for replenishing. Then after going to the grocery and spending hundreds of dollars, we left the food that doesn't need to be refrigerated out on the counter and an hour later found it completely covered in little ants. Tried to call the front desk but it is only an answering service so she could only leave a message for tomorrow."
