Bayfront Inn 5th Ave Naples Downtown Hotel

"Worst customer service, hands down. The front desk clerk was unprofessional. Once checked into the room the blinds were affixed open, the room was freshly painted with a heavy chemical smell; leaving no choice but to stay in an enclosed room with the onset of a migraine. Managed to get the AC to finally run it just intensified discomfort, with awfully loud running sound and dusty debris. Filter must have never been changed after construction. After requesting another room or refund to find somewhere else to go, they denied two separate requests based on the fact that "I was already checked in." Absurd to be denied for checking into a room sight unseen. For $381 night this is unacceptable - find somewhere else!"

"A great location to the bay front with fun restaurants within a stone’s throw, as well as walking distance to downtown. Probably would pay for room on bayside next time, as windows are bigger and less noise from outside traffic. Plus a view! (Highly suggest using underpass by hotel and walking along Tin City and following 6th Ave for a few blocks before rejoining 5th Ave when heading to downtown. Cars on highway 41 are insane..). Staff at desk were wonderful!."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Clean room, great location if you want to enjoy Tin City restaurants, shops and entertainment. We didn't eat at the restaurant on site, but we did attempt to enjoy the live music. We love the beach bar music scene that Florida has to offer, but the two entertainers they had on Thursday and Friday were not worth staying and listening to. We will be back!"

"We had a nice room, a luxury king, but regrettably right above the bar. Two out of three nights the “music” was so loud it destroyed our evening. One night a guitar player and singer, Colin Edge, did a lovely job and was within an appropriate sound level, so when I asked for things to be turned down a bit the third night I did not expect so much push back. I was not taken seriously. We paid a good deal of money for our room and peaceful view, not to be troubled by bar noise. Unfortunate. I won’t stay here again."

"For the price of this place it is NOT worth it at all! The rooms do not match the photos, when I got in the room it felt like a motel. The whole hotel is under renovation the lobby is destroyed the electrical is a hazard and there is painters tape for your room number. On top of all that the staff is rude and disrespectful, when I called for an item I left behind the guy basically told me there was nothing he could do and when I called back again the man just hung up on me. There are plenty of other hotels in the area you can stay for a better time!"
