When I came in it was just Mara working at that time, and she was able to manage multiple customers and their babies at once, including myself, while giving all of us a magical experience. The employees went above and beyond to make her feel special on her birthday. There is a birthday bear that's a dollar for each year of the child's age. You do pay for the accessories, but it's well worth it for the excitement the kids get."

"We booked my daughters birthday at store 0533 in Waterford Lakes (Orlando, FL). I spoke with Ainsley on the phone and she helped me pick the best party package for my group. When we arrived she was there waiting for us even though she wasn't supposed to come in to work that early! Ainsley has great energy and was an expert at guiding the kids to the items included in the package. Our experience was amazing! I had never been to a build-a-bear but it was definitely better than expected. The birthday girl had the best time and has been carrying around the cat she made constantly.
