"I paid $600+ with taxes … ripped off Do not book here. This hotel is worth $250/night at best. The pool bar was closed ( not even stocked ) and the rooftop bar doesn’t even open till 3pm and everything closes at 11pm. The staff … is the ONLY saving Grace … they were individually great people … otherwise I would have asked for refund and booked the Ritz in Naples. The price, does NOT match the pics nor does the hotel justify the price. I booked based upon my experience with other Marriott Autograph sites … this place does NOT deserve that designation. Worst Marriott proper I’ve stayed at."
"I’ve stayed there a couple of times and it’s always been terrific. The area is safe and easy to walk around in for restaurants in shopping. The hotel staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful. I would be thrilled to do it again. The property seems very new and upscale. The views for most any window are incredible also."
"Very friendly staff, nice meeting areas too. We had a little difficulty checking in because a room wasn't ready when we were texted, but that's okay. The staff was kind and handled it well! The rooms are nice but they were loud. Me and my colleagues talked about how we could hear stuff down the hall because it felt like thin walls. Everything else was great. The fitness center and access to restaurants, excellent. The area of town is great as well."
"Amazing stay at this hotel! Denise at the front desk made my check in extremely easy and was very personable! I have stayed at many Marriot's and the service overall was the best I have experienced. The hotel is very centrally located to lots of great restaurants and local shops within walking distance. The Luminary has a rooftop bar which has great views and the Oxbow restaurant is is right on the water. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again. The only downfall are the rooms facing downtown restaurants. The bars have loud music late at night, but the hotel does supply ear plugs so ask for some if you get one of those rooms!"
"Super cute hotel. I was here for a one night business meeting. My room was nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful. Parking was easy. The location was across the street from a few bars/restaurants. The breakfast/lunch provided for the meeting was good. I would definitely like to come back."
