"We stayed in unit 302 last summer and everything from location, to accommodations, to service, was top-notch. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with a tour of all facilities (pool, covered parking, gym, beach) as well as provided with recommendations for during our stay. The unit itself was BEAUTIFUL (cleaned mid-stay which was a nice treat), with gorgeous, upscale furnishings and plenty of room for my family of four. Located directly on the beach, we were able to easily jump from pool time to the beach throughout the day. It was perfect! The location also allowed us to spend time in Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island as both are super close. This was our first time in Siesta Key and we will most definitely be back. We loved the laid back beach town feel and the lack of congestion that you can feel if going the 30A route. If you’re looking to visit, we would highly recommend checking out this unit."

"My family and I stayed at 1035 Seaside Drive Unit 302. The building had amazing amenities, a private beach, and was a few blocks away from many restaurant options. The kids loved swimming in the salt water pool and hanging out by the fire pit at night. The beach attendants were very receptive to our needs and would provide kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes at a moments notice. Unit 302 was beautifully decorated and had all the accessories my family of four needed to stay for the week. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony for our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. This unit is special and my family can't wait to stay in it again!"
