"The location is perfect! It’s quiet and beautiful! The office staff are all so helpful and kind! Nightly rents so no rules as to what day check in or out or length of time to stay. Stay what time work for you! My families favorite place to stay! Only wish could be there more!"

"Warning ‼️ Resort double booked me- I was Forced to leave for an AIRBNB guest that booked after me!! I booked 5 nights direct with RVA. About a month prior I added 2 nights and paid in full. 5 nights in, 2 days prior to check out i received a check out email. I verified the dates ,she had me checking out Thursday… But I paid until Saturday… she asked if I would be willing to move 40 minutes to another property leaving the 14 people that I came with but I would need to pay $170 cleaning fee to transfer… I immediately declined, and she left for the day. Back and forth with managers and RVA, they demanded I leave because they have a strict Airbnb contract. I’ve moved rooms 3 different times, alone with 4 children!! Since each room is privately owned , you can’t transfer dishes. I had food prepared for my kids in containers that I had to leave. I’ve wasted so much time , money and energy on this matter. Nothing that was my own issue but really became my issue for someone else. They argued to even refund me two days and felt that was completely fair. I’ve been staying here for 10 years , used to love this place! I hate how the situation was handled and it completely ruined our trip! I never should have moved and this was never made right with my family."

"COCKROACH INFESTED! I do not recommend this resort at all! My family and I saw 3 cockroaches in our room, NOT 1 but 3. Therefore, if there’s 1 there’s plenty in the area. I’m sure we would have saw more if we stayed. Not only were there cockroaches but the pull out bed in the couch was absolutely disgustingly dirty. If you’re looking for something in Siesta Key by the beach, DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT if you don’t want cockroaches crawling around your room."

"My family had a great stay at the beach club. It was a great location to the beach, two pools, and the restaurants and entertainment on the south end of Siesta Key. We did have issues with noisy guests on the shared balcony after quiet hours, however, overall, was a great experience."
