"Brought in a buy at 9:30 this morning. Was told there was a bit of a wait, was told 2 hrs. Came back in 2 1/2 hours and they hadn’t even started it. They were telling people it would be 8 hours back yet they told another customer that they could do theirs in 45 min? They have no respect of people’s time, as if it isn’t hard enough to lug in totes of clothing with 2 toddlers and spend that kind of time for them to not even begin the buying process is very unprofessional. I will keep driving to the Mandarin location from now on."

"Someone recommended this place to me. I regret my decision donating here. One of the staff members were very rude and caught an attitude with me while I was trying to get an understanding of their process. Yikes never again!"

"Good store, good prices!! My only issue is the smell of the store. It smells like they used baby powder scented air freshener, which was way too strong, as a pregnant woman. The air freshener also had me and the person I was with sneezing and sniffling the whole time."

"The staff here are courteous and professional. The store is well organized and laid out for all of the items from toys, board games, to the various range of clothes from newborn and up. This location has ample spacing in the aisles so you don’t feel claustrophobic. I say this as in comparison to a different location in north jax where it feels cramped in the aisles. There is an abundant of parking outside in front of the store that is shared with the other stores nearby. Also a bonus is that there is a Chick-fil-A nearby if you need a quick bite to eat if you have kiddos. I highly recommend this location for buying or selling kids items ie clothes, toys, etc. I also recommend that if you have something to sell call in advance to see if they will take xyz items and how back logged they might be if others dropped off items to sell as well."
