"Obsessed! It's a hotel, but you can visit the bar in the back house. It's a 2 story home full of games, music, multiple bars, wrap around porches, & a large outside area with the same amenities. It's truly a hidden gem because it is nearly underneath the highway. Parking is slim, so either visit at a non-busy time or prepare to walk a little. With its proximity to downtown, this isn't abnormal for the area. The free puppies drink is my favorite in all of Orlando! It's fresh, light, not sweet, & perfectly crafted. All their drinks are perfectly balanced. They also offer some food items for snacking, including vegan options. I have a kid under 10 & they always welcome her. I've never tried to take her after 9pm, so I would assume that's adults only but truly not sure. There's so much space that you can choose which vibe best suits you. Now the truly hidden gem part-- a ball pit bathtub! They have 2 bathrooms upstairs with cuty balls to take cute pictures in. Yes it's kinda dirty, but it's adorable & part of the fun reputation of this spot. You can sign the guest book upstairs as well. It's not great on the ADA front, so it would be cool if they included some help there specifically for mobility issues."

"Attended a large private party here. Excellent location, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I'd go back again for sure. * Note: If you're having a black tie event, don't forget to have your event planner talk to them about staff attire, if these sorts of things are important to you."

"Food/drinks: overall, 4 stars. We were a group of 4 ordering different things and trying each others' food and drinks. Their lunch and dinner menu focused on bites rather than a full dinner experience. That being said, we came for brunch and they have several entrees on their brunch menu. The smoked salmon plate, the brunch burger, and the pastries were all pretty good. Based on Yelp reviews that I had read before visiting The Wellborn, they do their cocktails right, so we ordered a couple. My friend's expresso martini would have been great if it weren't for how sweet it was. I ordered a vodka and pomegranate-based cocktail which was also great, but, again, would have been better if it weren't for its sweetness. Ambiance: 5 stars. Hands down, the most gorgeous courtyard attached to a restaurant in Orlando. It has a rustic yet chic and romantic atmosphere that is perfect for a date night, a wedding reception, or even for a date with yourself accompanied by a book. I walked here so cannot comment on their parking situation. Service: 5 stars. Hassle-free ordering system: simply scan the QR code, go through their menu (which has photos! I love menus with photos), pay through your phone and they will bring it to your table. Our server accommodated all of my requests, including a side of eggs that, according to the manager, they would normally not do."

"The ambiance is on point! The food is good, the service is fantastic. Zack, our bartender, was so personable and fun to talk to and even made a special drink to fit our dietary restrictions. We had such a good time here that we ended up coming back later in the evening for a few games and dessert. The staff were kind and helped us with anything we needed, regularly checking in on us."
