"Unit, kitchenware and balcony were all dirty upon arrival. Cleaning crew came in to reclean. Very "well used" with the damages in bathrooms visible. Asked for quiet area, put in front of elevator that had a bell every time used. No visible security on property. Second night of stay loud banging on our door after midnight. Would not recommend this accommodation."

"I wouldn't stay here again. Friendly employees at check-in & check-out. They have a text messaging service for guest and they respond quickly. That was appreciated. We stayed in a standard hotel room, no kitchen or living room space included. It was clean but it's VERY old and it shows. The blinds were broken. I reported right after we checked-in. I was told someone would come to fix and that never happened. Blinds look like they've been on the window for over a decade. Horrible lighting in room. Very loud exhaust fan in bathroom that doesn't work. The walls are truly paper thin. It's like they're are no walls. We could hear our neighbors yawn, literally. All conversations were heard as if we were in the same room. Charged over $90 in resort fees for a 2 night stay. I'm ok with resort fees but not for a hotel of this low quality. The location was great. We've stayed in the area many times before and will stick with our go to spot instead of New Hotel Collection. Just not the quality we're accustomed to when traveling."

"The hotel was old, outdated, dirty toilets, no hot water, the lights all went out in the bathroom! Weird locks on bathroom doors. The process for getting the on- property water park passes and towels ran us all over the hotel for 30 mins. The room was big and had a nice size balcony overlooking the waterpark. Duct taped warning sign about parking garage passes, you will be charged $50 for not returning the big blue 8 by 10 in parking pass was tachy. The watetpark lazy river was fun. We were told the hotel is being renovated but did not see any signs of that. Would I stay there again? NO!"

"My family and I stayed here for a week long family trip. The location of the resort was in a more secluded area, so if you're looking for anything to do outside of the resort you would have to drive out to do those things. However, the location was not a big problem for us. The major issue was how dirty the rooms were. When we walked in the room there was a bad smell. It was really noticeable and there was also visible mold in some areas of the room. My girlfriend and I slept on the sofa bed and when we opened the sofa bed there were visible crumbs underneath the sofa pillows. We were really disappointed with the rooms. But on the brighter side, the water park/pool area was great. We enjoyed the lazy river and the drinks there were amazing."

"The rooms were clean and comfy. We had a great time at the Water park adjacent to the hotel, we got 2 admissions to the park and a few additional for half the price, I had to go back to the main office because I counted wrong and needed 2 more tickets. She comped them for us!! The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is great, 4 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaraunts to choose from. Parking is not so great, but if you find a spot, stay in it, you can walk to everything! I'll definitely be back! Thank you for helping us make memories!"
