"This hotel is the perfect blend of modernity and comfort . It’s located just a short distance from the beach . One of the highlights was the well appointed room. Not only was it clean and spacious , it also came equipped with a microwave , which was a convenient addition. One of the standout features was the happy hour . As a guest I was treated to two complimentary drinks . This was a great way to unwind after work. I tried the conch fritters and they were delicious. They also have a breakfast buffet which has an omelet station. Thank you Embassy Suites for making my stay enjoyable!!"

"Stayed here for a wedding. Great location, morning front desk team was very hospitable, all staff at breakfast and bar staff were great. Other than breakfast the food was mediocre. The shrimp on my Caesar salad was undercooked. The room floors were beyond dirty. I used a small towel to wipe down the floors myself. Photos included. I really wish I could give them a better review but it was quite disappointing for the price. Please do better Hilton."

"Upon arrival we hear at check in that our bay view room is not available due to another company who pays more per room are staying extra day due to scheduling issue. Didn’t like that as a customer who also prepaid for that room. They need to fix their window curtain switches, hanger rod is very low almost touching the drawers no use of hanging clothes really. Unused wall curtain rod from old design are still there. No iron board and Not enough lighting either. No room service in two days stay. $55 extra fees should provide better quality stay. Besides that receptionist are very well behaved, breakfast was good and nice view from dining and swimming pool lounge."

"The hotel and staff were excellent. Everything was clean and updated, and overall a good experience. However, the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because of the onsite restaurant. The food was way overpriced and they automatically added a 23% gratuity on an order for only two of us! Absolutely outrageous. The food was nothing special, and with the cost it was a terrible experience of room service."

"We loved staying here. We will definitely be back. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Lots of storage. The only complaint was the water never got hot - just kinda warm. Breakfast spread was amazing. Bartenders were super friendly and gave great service. The staff that ran the breakfast were incredible. Always asking if anyone needed refills or plates removed. Super friendly. Front desk was also super friendly and nice. Management is doing a great job here. Location is great. We walked everywhere except for the beach. Chose to stay here over the Westin and glad we did!"
