"We were in town over the holidays, and family took us to thrift shopping. Very nice place with good decent prices. Was very annoyed and disappointed with someone who took a couple of items that I had placed on the black hold shelf. Came back to check out, and they were gone. With 3/4 ladies standing behind the counter and Noone saw anything. I suggest putting a hold sign on shelf CUSTOMERS HOLD. With ppl traveling and not being familiar with store and shelf not having a sign for holds, I can see someone thinking those maybe were put back items. Pls fix that or move shelf from out of customers reach."
