"RED FLAG - Health hazard with flies and insects inside the Donut glass counter!! When asked for manager contact info, the staff were rude, negligent and disrespectful. One of the staff said ‘You’re not going to eat the flies, just eat the donut.!’ This location must be banned from operating! Naples residents: Beware of multiple complaints and Google reviews on this location. Urge you to report this to the Naples Food Safety Authority !!"

"I pulled up to Speaker and was greeted by a Girls Voice. I began talking to place my order and a young kid told me wait I’ll be right with you! so I waited a while and didn’t think that they could hear me and it was taking a while so I just pulled up because I was just getting a black coffee, Ridiculous the way the Kid at the Window spoke to me telling me.”I thought I told you to wait back there? Now I can’t serve you.You can’t order from this Window.” You don’t talk to customers that way I’ve been in the restaurant business for years and you don’t tell a customer” I thought I told you to do this!” unbelievable told me to come inside. I came inside was too busy and said forget about it I went down to race track and got a nice cup of coffee for two dollars with no harassment. I will never go back to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again terrible. !"

"Overall, very poor experience. We tried to use a coupon and the guy in the window only scanned the app and said too late so he won’t use the coupon. We told him we wanted to use the coupon before paying and when we ordered but he completely ignored us and moved onto the next order while we were talking to him. The donuts were also just sad…the jelly donut barely had any jelly or flavor."

"Some of the best looking donuts in Naples. The store is always clean and the food is always good. The bathrooms are clean. If they added canopy and more tables outside I bet they would increase their business ten fold"
