"BEWARE!!! If you value your vehicle or belongings DON’T stay here. We had our 2022 F250 truck($85k) stolen from the parking lot right outside the front door. When our alarm went off at 3 am apparently the clerk at the front desk(25 feet away) never looked out front. When asked if the hotel had any footage the general manager stated she’s worked there for 7 years and they’ve NEVER had cameras. None outside, inside, etc. When we talked to the sheriffs office they stated there’s been multiple vehicles stolen/broken into from the same parking lot. To top it all off, they are currently doing construction on the building so lots of workers, containers full of materials, and lots of foot traffic. If you value your belongings do not stay here."
"Highly recommended. Very clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful when needed yet rarely seen because they’re always working behind the scenes to make the stay as seamless as possible. This location has breakfast, parking, laundry, wifi, and pool available. Rooms include cable tv, fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer and microwave. I really like they use Dove toiletries and in full size portions in the bathroom. This is really helpful when you have longer hair that requires more product. Hotel is currently under renovation so the 2 times Ive stayed it has been in the newly renovated rooms and both times have been a wonderful experience in the King Size suite. This location is right off the freeway and has access to shopping nearby but not within walking distance. There’s a Walmart and restaurants 3 miles away. *Service animals are only welcome with proper paper work which must be presented upon arrival. *"
"Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel, as others have said, is undergoing major renovations, which we were not made aware of. At no point would i have booked and agreed to pay full price had this been disclosed. The hotel should have absolutely been closed for the duration. At arrival, we were greeted by a parking lot full of materials and equipment and a completely non-existent lobby. Got checked in at a makeshift check-in station of a desk with 2 computers. There is paper on the floor going from the "lobby" to the elevators and rooms on the first floor. Monday morning we were awakened by beeping from equipment backing up and then by 8am workers started banging on one of the walls, so sleep we did not. During heavy rain the window leaked water into the room. Its an absolute atrocity that management of this hotel felt justified in not only allowing guests in this mess but also charging an arm and a leg to stay there. As a loyal customer for years, this may be the last time we will stay with this chain."
"Hotel was under construction but the guests were never made aware. Parking lot space was limited due to containers with equipment. Breakfast was good, room spacious, bathrooms clean. No overhead lights in our room which was too dark. Staff was as friendly as possible considering they had to cope with a construction ongoing for the past 6 months. I'm sure it's a good hotel and stay once the construction is over"
"Construction noise and debris (dust) was super intense and for that reason I would recommend against visiting until construction is complete. Breakfast was OK, but really wished there was oatmeal. Lots of construction people lingering in the parking lot (I think there were sleeping in parking lot), and lots of construction material everywhere. Nothing seemed finished. For example, in our room there was no fan in bathroom, no toilet paper holder, nothing on the walls (like paintings), walls were painted with nothing on them. There was a non-functional thermostat on wall, and air conditioner constantly ran and was super loud. Breakfast room was unfinished with unfinished tiling on floor, baseboard planking in a stack in corner, walls unpainted with holes in walls, and drywall 1/2 complete. Lobby desk had incomplete flooring tile, such that it was just not safe to walk - there were actually those little yellow plastic leveling pieced used when placing tile still in place. There were loads of construction material in parking lot, and tons of construction dudes and their trucks taking up parking spots. Construction people were lingering in parking lot well after dark, in amongst the construction material and their trucks - I guess there were living there in parking lot? Place will probably be fantastic once complete - but unless you get something like 1/2 off, there's no way you should go there as you basically are getting 1/2 or a hotel right now. No way that this hotel is safe or that the city has given the green light to have guests stay in a construction zone in the current condition. During the day they are doing construction full steam with jackhammers, saws, hammers, and the of wheeling things in and out. Super loud and dusty. Craziest thing I have ever seen."
