"Some many issues - prices was crazy for what you get. Gap under the door, screws coming out of dead bolt, mirror was filthy, only one chair for 2 people, shower rod fell off the wall, towels were in shreds (my shop towels are in better condition) holes in wall, carpet dirty, mild smell, cabinet doors upside down, outlet didn’t work, breakfast was lukewarm warm coffee and stale muffins, I could go on but you get the idea. I’d never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. Avoid this place!"

"Room 324 claimed to be a king deluxe was so dirty along with the ceilings crumbling on table, mold everywhere. Handprints on appliances , tub was black and dirt stained, couch was torn, curtains falling, odor in room. People living full time smoking pot outside our door. Was worried I would never see refund of $150 for one night. Only good thing is that I received a refund a few days later. General Manager Angie Haessley was rude on phone and had no apologies for how bad the conditions were. Don't stay here. The place should be condemned!!!"

"First I am making it clear that the entire staff has been more than kind and friendly during my approx. 3 months stay here. There is absolutely NO evidence of racism as one of the clients posted. The problem is some of the clientele here. A few guests act more like animals than people. Fortunetly most of the guests are friendly. Unfortunately hotels cannot do background checks so you have to take what you get. As to the person complaining about the hotel not letting someone stay there without proper I.D., she of all people should know a driver license or I.D. must have a picture on it and is required by Florida law. If an I.D. was not required there would be no way of knowing who is on the property. If she is a social worker she should know she could have taken her client to the DMV and obtained an I.D. for her client. The rooms are fairly large and for the most part clean. They are a little run down but not too bad. The person who mentions Matt is obviously lying. I have known him since I checked in and he is always friendly. I will be checking out soon but I have enjoyed my stay."

"Love the staff and how accommodating and friendly they are. Great with my pets and has been a great stay. Some of the prettiest scenery I’ve seen. Loved being able to have a great place to walk with my dogs and so close to everything without all the traffic."

"The room was filthy, bathroom wasn't even touched! I had to shower with a towel on the floor of the tub! The "non smoking" room stunk to high heaven of smoke! To add insult to injury, our truck door was keyed! I'd avoid this place at all costs."
