"Owners of 406 said the room was on the first floor. Guest bathroom had urine on the floor and the matt by the shower. Did not expect to have to clean when they said house keeping was going to clean and our check in time got pushed because of said “cleaning being done” Ants in the guest room and roaches here and there."

For us, the hotel's proximity to Disneyland was a significant benefit. After a day of visiting the theme park, the clean, cozy, and large rooms offered a tranquil setting. When I return to Winter Garden in the future, I'll most definitely stay at this 3-star hotel."

"This place still felt like it was new, so I don't want to be too harsh in my criticism but it definitely wasn't ready yet. It felt like we were staying somewhere that was still under construction. The entrances/exits to the parking garages were unnecessarily narrow, I can't imagine if I was driving an SUV. I'm a little surprised this is labeled under "resort hotel" because there was no one to greet us when we got there and I only met maintenance staff when they came to tell us someone had complained about too much noise at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. The room we stayed in was nice though with working appliances and homely artwork on the walls, functioning TVs in every room with adequate streaming service options. We only really had two issuea with the room. One was that the AC in two of the bedrooms seemed to not be cooling well enough, the vent in the bathroom for those two rooms seemed to be getting much stronger air conditioning than the two adjacent rooms. It was as if there was an issue inside the vents of some kind. Also we found one of the towel racks was rather loose and low and behold it couldn't handle one face towel without coming off. We suspect that the owner and/or the cleaning crew was aware of this but didn't inform us before our stay."
