Extended Stay America - Orlando - Altamonte Springs

"The front desk agent was great. But that is the end of the greatness. I used to manage a different extended stay brand so I thought I kind of knew what I was getting when I booked... I was WRONG. The elevator broke as soon as I checked in. It smelled like everyone ever brought their pets and then had them pee in the hall on the second floor. The room was cleanish, my white socks were black from the carpet, but other than that no visible dirty areas. But, the smell, it smelled like an old smoking room mixed with a litter box. The blankets on the bed were like the thinnest a blanket can be without turning into a sheet. The bathroom had ants. The bathtub had been kind of refinished at some point but was peeling and bubbling. Hotel NEEDS a deep clean super badly. Need for a renovation is dire. Never ever ever again. And I will dissuade anyone from staying at Extended Stay America."

"This hotel is like a homeless facility. This hotel need a renovation yesterday. I do not recommend this place. Go some where else. Dirty, stained tubs, floors."

"I've stayed here numerous times over the last 10 years. Most recently Jan 29th, 2024. There were two roaches in my room. That's something that's not to be tolerated. This is My only bad experience with this hotel in 10 years. Breakfast is cheap muffins and granola bars."

The prices was reasonable, the attendant answer and handle all my question and concerns and also one of the attendant gave me a special deal with extending my stay. I love this place all the people are nice and kind I will definitely recommend this hotel to other people I am thankful for the affordable prices."

"Overall, a very good experience. Location is close to shopping areas. Rooms are clean, (I stayed here 3 times already) and appliances work. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Lynn. I left a computer cord in the room last week, she got it back and handed it to me when I checked in again. That's great customer service! Good deal for the price."
