"This store is garbage and so is the customer service here. I’ve had better customer service at government agencies. This store would be better off having kiosks that do the job of the employees. The employees are not helpful and seem like you’re bothering them when you walk into the store. I think I would have got better results by talking directly to the wall at this location. I’ve been with AT&T for almost 20 years and the customer service at this location has definitely caused me to switch to another provider. This is what happens when a company hires people that don’t care, and puts them into customer service roles when they should be cleaning toilets instead. Which is another thing, the bathroom looked like it right out of a homeless shelter."

"If you’re looking for an amazing customer experience this is the phone store to make it happen! Frankie is a mix between magical unicorn tears and sparkly fairy dust when it comes to his skills in fixing your phone! Every time I have an issue or need to upgrade my phone, Frankie is always there to help and solve any issue. I have also been helped by Sean who is equally great at his job!!!! And oh man what can I say about Tommy, well Tommy is the most attractive person in the store because I can literally see my beautiful face starting back at me from the reflection of his bald head! If you have a bad experience in this location it’s probably because you came in with a bad attitude and don’t understand how the world of retail works! I worked in retail management for countless years and wish all my stores operated like this well oiled machine. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!!!!"
