"Everytime I come back here I regret it. Their prices are rediculous, come on, its USED. Why would I pay more for used clothing than new? Also I bought my daughter a little toy that had a bag zip tied to it full of parts, when checking out the lady said she had to cut off the zip tie because they reuse the net bags. Okay but you don't provide bags for customers so what?, I'm just left to carry my child, the clothes, and the toys and loose toy parts out of the store with no bag unless I BUY one of yours? (Because you also can't take the buggy out of the store) That was pretty much the last straw for me for this store."

"Renee at Once Upon a Child is truly out of this world with incredible customer service. During my first visit to the store, by chance I asked for her help and guidance, or more so honesty on what really works for certain ages clothing wise. Her response was invaluable and based on her real experiences with her own kids, verses just upselling me on items that may not have worked. I happily spent more than expected though, as I felt her genuineness transferred into me wanting to purchase more based on her response. While I briefly introduced myself, I was in shock when a week later I came back to get a few additional items and she remembered my name! I am seriously blown away by her customer service! Also, as far as product availability and quality, I found the Ocoee store to be significantly better than the Altamonte location. Be smart with your money, babies grow out of clothes insanely fast and the majority of items at OUAC seem to be brand new, never worn but washed which is common to do before using, or worn once. Be cautious taking off tags, as many items have double plastic tag attachments leading to holes. Save your extra money from shopping here for diapers!"

"I highly recommend coming to either turn your old children clothes or toys in for some extra cash or for anything you may need for your child. They have EVERYTHING you could imagine. Clothes,shoes,strollers,car seats,toys ANYTHING. For a great price."
