"There are better places to shop for baby items and sell than this place. There will be brand new items with the tag on it showing it was sold brand new for $2.99. But then OUAC will put their tag on it for 4 times that price. Also, don’t plan on making ANYTHING more than $0.40 per item (that they take). They have no variety either. I brought in 18 sleepers for baby boy 9-12 mos that weren’t fleece and they didn’t take any of them (4 were brand new with tags). I looked just out of curiosity, they actually had none for sale on the floor, which proves that the staff really just have NO idea what they need/don’t need to provide a variety for the general public clientele. Save yourself a trip, the hassle, disappointment and the unfriendly employee interaction, and sell your items and buy in Facebook Marketplace."

"I've bought a few things here and then tried to sell them back less than a month later and they won't take them even though they are in good condition. However, if you go through all their onesies and toys most of them are stained and dirty. The staff doesn't go out of their way to help you at all and can be very rude. You're better off reselling your baby items on marketplace because what they do end up taking they only pay 1/10 of what it's worth."

"you can buy and sell gently used clothing,toys,strollers,shoes and basically anything you're looking for kids/baby here. the items are in good condition and freshly washed.i buy this here for my grandson at least 1or 2 times a month!i also sell his old things to them. you won't get much feeling to them but it's better than giving it away or having a yard sale! plus they have a rewards program where you receive points,those points can be redeemed for $5 off or more. love going here! kids outgrow their things so quickly,why pay full retail price? I've added brand new toys never opened photos! Prices so reasonable"
