She gave timely updates while our 5th wheel was having some leveling work done. We asked lots of questions over the course of our 4 day visit and each time she researched and responded quickly. "Our experience at Great American Rv was exceptional. It began with Andrew Carter, our salesman, and we can’t say enough about his professionalism and follow through. He was also very pleasant to work with and we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into any decisions. Kennedy helped us with the financing and even beat the current rate we had for insurance. It’s hard to say no to this man! It did take quite a long time to get everything signed and sealed from start to finish despite letting them know ahead of time. I realize this may be due to the fact we had not purchased the camper but it still was a very long drawn-out day.
