"Beware of this place they are scammers! I never write reviews but this was very necessary I don’t want to see this happening to anyone else What ever you do avoid this place. My mother went in herself and they scammed her into paying extra for unnecessary fees and ontop of that they charged her $20 for a useless app without telling her. They completely took advantage of her knowing she doesn’t know a lot about cellphones. When she came home I told her they overcharged her I was very upset. I called they said I was wrong, 5 minutes later they said some other phones don’t come with the “fees” they added on. So We agreed to change her phone to a different phone that didn’t have all the fees of $100+ for no reason. So my mom goes back to get her new phone and instead they gave her an entirely different phone that was not the one we agreed on. They knew that it was the wrong phone when they activated it because when I called back again they said that the phone we asked for earlier wasn’t available anymore. But they didn’t bother telling either of us before activating and giving her a phone that we never discussed. They said wait two weeks and they’ll have her new phone ready. Now a month later she has even more additional charges and STILL NO NEW PHONE. BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS!!"
