"I purchased a pair of rain boots under the impression that it was 40% off. I was told I received the discount but when I checked my receipt, I realize there was only 25% off applied. I called the next day to tell them there was a 40% off sign by the rain boots. They acknowledge the sign and said it was removed. When you have a sign up for a certain price or percentage off, you are supposed to honor that price."

"Very helpful employees. When we were disappointed that an adorable mermaid swimsuit was not in the store, the sales lady ordered it online to be delivered to the house at no extra charge. It was received in 2 days. The store had a very good selection. Carter's always has coupons & sales. We never pay full price."

"Found some good deals. I always am bummed because I can never use my coupons on clearance. I get confused as where to look for specifically toddler sizes on specific racks both in boys and girls departments. Sometimes they are mixed in with the baby sizes and sometimes not. I have better luck ordering toddler sizes online."
