"No vending machines on property and convenience store closes at 10:00. No room service breakfast even though the website states differently when you book. Staff was very indifferent to concerns. Parking situation is a nightmare because there was a no valet and you have to walk a VERY long way from their private parking lot back to the hotel. No bell man… nothing special about this property from what I can tell…. There is no information about activities, restaurants, bars, spa services available —-was told I need to go on a website to find this info— and most of that info was wrong. Wouldn’t return to this property."

"I can’t praise this hotel and its team enough!! I’ve been staying here off and on since Sept. 2023. My mother was gravely ill and I was traveling back and forth from out of state. Each visit was great in spite of my reasons for being there. Tammy was the night desk person most of my visits and she was always so pleasant, her kindness was so needed after spending 8-12 hours at the hospital with my mom. We met Eric on a visit and he was a genuinely great guy, our breakfast was amazing. Gabe was mainly the day desk person and he was awesome as well. Fast forward to January and unfortunately my mother passed. The GM Ray was beyond accommodating to me and my family. I had to plan my mother’s celebration of life service and was in need of resources, he came thru every single time!! I can never thank Ray and his staff enough for being the light I so needed during one of the worse times in my life. I have left out a few names so my apologies but everyone was so great the many times I was there. I will continue to stay only at this amazing hotel whenever I’m in PC. If you want genuine excellent service, do not pass by this location. Thank you Ray for setting the high standard of being in service to your guest and appreciating them staying with you guys. Its hard nowadays to find a GM and team so focused on pleasing their customers. Thank you all again so much!!"

"Shout out to the management and staff; Gabe and Mr. Frazier. Had an issue with my elderly parent which required us to call in outside help and extend our checkout time. The manager and staff were extremely helpful and understanding. The staff and manager were available to help us at any minute. I am very grateful for their kindness and understanding. They saw us as people and not just a number. Their attitude made a tough situation a little less stressful and manageable."

"Very nice and clean room. Staff, especially the morning desk, were very friendly. Variety of pillows, comfortable bed. It was a little hard to warm the room up at night, but overall happy and would stay here again. I added the extra few dollars for the breakfast and it was very good, a few more options available than a typical continental breakfast that is usually included in other hotel fees, however you can't bring the food up to your room."

"Stayed here for our anniversary while we tour/visit the local area. We were informed there’d be breakfast included when I asked the lady prior of the morning before. We walked down to the breakfast/buffet area where food looks like you’d get it on plates. We grabbed plates and were informed there is no food and that we can get menus and order food. We sat down and were subsequently asked if we had coupons. We did not and were not aware of the need. I went to the desk and inquired and explained how we were told breakfast was included. The young man checked and said breakfast wasn’t covered in our rates. Loved the stay and hate that I had to leave a low review but that’s extremely sub-par treatment when low and high end hotels include breakfast with the stays. At over $150 a night I expect more. The lady serving breakfast was impeccable though. Also kind of awkward that while everything was happening three police showed up and it was evident something was happening but nobody was informed aside from a staff member grimacing at us from across the lobby. Also wouldn’t heard Gabe to be a little happier when greeting with visitors. The lady the day before was much friendlier. May stay again in the future and leave a different review. At the least an expectation of “pay more to eat breakfast” on the sales pitch when we procured the room."
