"Too bright at night, it's like you're on a Runway outside at night, almost blindingly light, the beds are probably as old as the place is, (built in 1983) awful beds, they didn't provide enough blankets for every bed, and then the Autobots texting Services said that that was asking for too many blankets. Otherwise a great price for the one room apartment. After reaching out to the auto texting bots & them stating they would provide some resolution... There was none, no follow up at all. Service was beyond terrible, & even after a miserable review... No follow up, clearly they care only about the money they make, but not the people staying there!"

"We booked through real joy for this location. No where stated that the laundry was not in the rooms and was located on our floor. When we arrived the laundry is on the bottom floor and two units of the 4 were out of service. It costs $3 dollars per load to clean and $3 dollar load to dry. The room was very dirty with sand, the fridge had mold all over the fridge seal, the shower was dirty. The couch cushions were stained, the fridge doors doesn’t open all the way due to oversize fridge installed, the blinds were broke on a door so you couldn’t open them. I know it’s Florida but we have found a few roaches in the unit. We cleaned everything ourself and cleaning everything. On the beach we never received anything stating the beach is private and they ban tents. We’re told one day as long as we were behind the $40 chairs we would be fine the. We were told to take it down or forced to pay $40 or leave the beach if we didn’t. The entire beach in this area is sold out to holiday isle beach service and another umbrella service who take the entire beach front for $40 an umbrella. I feel like a Karen making this post but just do yourself a favor and book a different area. We have booked in Destin a handful of times and never have had these issues. Do not book through real joy or this condo we were never offered anything for the issues other than they wanted us to let cleaners in the room while we were already in to clean what we cleaned already."

"We have been coming here for Years the place is great The Pool is Fridgit COLD! We were told they couldn't turn the heater up until the 15th when the owners meeting was by the maintaince men themselves. So Disappointed that we have to stay here and can't even go or enjoy swimming.!"

"Rented through vacasa and was extremely pleased. Very clean and great beach access. Balcony views not the best but all around great experience"

"We have stayed here on our last three visits to Destin. The pools are nice and well maintained, and the beach access just across the road is great! The condo's we've rented have always been clean and well furnished."
