"Ive shopped at dtlr’s my entire life but this dtlr has to be the worst ive ever been to. I was shopping for shoes for my son and the male manager with a hat and a beard was on the phone cursing and talking to his homies the entire time I was there. I left without purchasing anything because the amount of curse words my son had to hear was ridiculous. No wonder everything was on sale here and not a single soul was in the store."

"Customer Service is a dying art and my experience today proved it. I walked in today, ready and more than able to purchase new foot attire as well as a new hat and socks. After selecting a style I liked, an employee approached me and asked if she could find my size. The moment she stepped out from the back room she started speaking to me from ther other side of the store, stating that my size was unavailable. When she got closer she returned the display sneaker to the shelf and as I was about to ask for a different style I turned, mid-question, to see her walking away from me!!! I paused for a moment to process what had just happened and then wished everyone a good day as I walked out. Perhaps if my skin was dark or I had an islander accent things might have gone differently. Nevertheless, never again. Happy Hoilday to your company and your ill-trained sales staff."

"Employees are rude and could really care less. ZERO customer service whatsoever, forget getting greeted when you walk in, they didn’t even look my way. Being a retail worker myself it’s easy to see when an employee does not care. Not a good look for DTLR. Was trying to find a gift for my sisters birthday and asked about a size, a female worker wouldn’t even go back to check. Horrible store please save your money and shop at another store."
