"***CONTINUED*** Poor return decision/policy by management, IMO. Recently purchased two pairs of golf Chino type shorts. The size 33 navy blue ones fit well, so before I left I asked the salesperson if they had it in another color, they did, so I purchased a second pair in beige. While they were both size 33, the beige ones were significantly tighter than the blue ones. I did not try them on I the store. I tried wearing them anyway but they were just too uncomfortable. I brought them back to exchange and was unable to do so. I didn't ask for a refund; just wanted to switch it for a pair that fit. I can't recall a reputable retail store - like Macy's or Kohl's, for example - that denied an exchange, even if worn. It's so short-sighted. For the [maybe] $35 in cost they had in those shorts, they've lost a customer for life, and have "earned" this poor review. From someone who's been in retail and corporate operations for 36 years, I just don't get it."

"Great store, great items. Super nice staff minus the guy who helped my girlfriend and I, he was sarcastic to both of us the entire time whenever we tried to ask a question while we were there. I’ve never had a bad experience at VV but this guy needs to work on the attitude. Asked him about a sticker when I spent around $200 and you would have thought I just threatened his life, I’ve worked in retail for years and never been this way with a customer."
