"Great brand of shoes. I had told my friend that I cannot wear heels and she recommended me to try Cole Haan. So I drove 40 minutes to this Boca Raton location. The store itself is clean and well organized. They have almost all the collection from their Wes site. But the service could have been much better for a store like this. There were two people from staff in the store when I went in, the lady, who is the manager probably, seemed like she didn’t even want to help out. There was another guy, who was super helpful though but not as Knowledgeable about the shoes. The reason I went in store is to get proper help and for good customer service. I might as well order multiple sizes online and try them."
