"I'd advise not to stay unless you got a colt 45. People knocking on doors all hours through the night. Too much activity outside."
"We only had 1 chair in the room. The shower curtain was dirty. The line behind the toilet bowl was rusty and moldy. I sprayed the toilet good with lysol, and the dirt ranned down the toilet onto the floor. The refrigerator had some kind of paper stuck in the freezer part. The room had a stale odor to it. The remote stopped working, so Hubby went to the desk and was told they didn't have any batteries. The clerk found 1 used battery. We could only use the remote to check the guide about 5 or 6 shows, then let the remote rest. Good thing we had our tablets. When we went for the continental breakfast at 7am, there was nothing but cereal and old tasting coffee"
"So we find this Quality inn has clean bedding , new clean flooring, and breakfast in the a.m which worked ok for our stay. We booked ahead, but had we just walked in n checked out the reviews we nightfall reconsidered. The price drew us in. The units could use fresh paint( instead of water/ rust on ceilings) and outside door. There was rust on all the interior lighting. We couldn't find a shower nob anywhere to make the shower work and since I was sick and in deed of cleaning used a bath n washed my hair under the spout. At checkout the staff said there's some special way to pull a spigot out of the faucet, which we couldn't find. If that's how tricky it is maybe some explanation or signage in the room would be helpful, or an upgrade to usual faucet with pull nob. There was a good choice of hot breakfast on the Saturday but on continental options left Sunday which we found unusual. ( since I have gluten intolerance there was only an apple to choose Sunday- just a suggestion why a protein might be helpful each day) . The pill was a gem color and the staff said it should be closed cause the pool staff didn't use correct chemicals, but use at your own risk. Overall we it did the job but we would've chosen another place if we hadn't Prevost, for the price. Oh and while the air-conditioned worked, having a sleeve off in the walk way is a trip hazard, never mind a simple fix to the poor eye sore. To the other guests who stay here please be more considerate to others sleeping at 2am if you plan to talk outside your doors by the pool area. P.S. I advise you not to choose a room but the pool of you wish to sleep. Our room was 135, for the staff purposes reading this."
"The room was fairly clean, bed made nice, amenities laid out nice, but when we walked in the room, a smell of mold and cigarettes hit us in the face. When we went to the desk to ask for lysol, they did not have any?? That was concerning. We would of changed rooms but were feeling like we would not get one in as quiet of a place or a jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi tub was very nice, worked well. That was a plus. King size bed n a very comfortable n clean bed, but there were stains on the comforter. The pool was very nice and clean, we enjoyed that. When we came back to the room and went to shower off, there wasn't even a shower button, but it had a shower head??? So no shower. The toilet wouldn't flush good and did get stopped up.. I had to plunge it and it still sounded bad. The room was pretty quiet except right at the door. some kids came to the door yelling knock knock on purpose and it was pretty loud. Figured out that the weather Stripping was no longer there.. We could see daylight all the way around the door. The TV worked, but the remote was broken. It worked but the back kept falling off. They do have a hot and cold breakfast but wasn't well stocked. The staff was very helpful and accommodating but they were not friendly at all and the morning shift girl looked like she had been up all night, eyes super blood shot. We did sleep well considering everything. that is after we went and bought cleaning supplies to help the smell. It was a decent price but not sure if it was worth it."
"I'd seen a few negative comments about this place, but we stayed for one night in September and had nothing that could be complained about. My room (201) was clean, comfortable, filly equipped and quiet. Staff were helpful, parking was plentiful, and the breakfast was ample. Literally nothing to complain about at all."
