"Got a new system installed in my truck from Nash and his son. They did an awesome job, showed me how to use the new radio, and went the extra mile to order a cord to keep my dvd player working in the back in for the kids. Had some issues figuring out how to get the sound to play from the DVD player through the speakers so I shot him a text and he was at my house within ten minutes to help me troubleshoot it. Great work, very responsive, system was installed and up and running in one day. Thanks guys."

"Absolutely the most unprofessional and dishonest person i have ever done business with. I dropped off my truck on a Friday and he was supposed to have it back to me the next day. He avoided my calls and texts until i finally just showed up on a Sunday and he hadn't done a single thing. Also buy your own equipment if you do have him do the labor. He sells poor quality recievers like boss and if he has to order a part his markup is outrageous. The dash kit he told me was $200-$250 i got from elite for $30. From a shop known to be pricey. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere even if they are booked up for a week or 2"

"I originally contacted Nash about a problem with my car antennae that had broken. He arranged a service date and ordered a part. Process went well. Next day after picking up car I continued having issues with antennae motor and texted Nash. He immediately responded no problem. That was two weeks ago. I have left numerous voice and text messages and he has not had the professional courtesy to even reply in any way. We had even spoken about my home system and since the original day of the service, nothing. This is not how to run a business. I even mentioned I was not looking for additional free time on the car as further work is needed and I don’t expect something for nothing. I truly don’t understand how one runs a service business and handles customers in this way."
