"The company I work for has this company come to our Christmas party for the last 3 years. I have gotten a pair every year but it is crazy 100+ guys rushing to get a pair. So last 2 years I get home my boots don’t fit right after really walking in them. I tried to exchange one pair they said it was to late so that’s fine this past Christmas I got another pair and again same issue. So I drive 70 miles to there store this time. I tried to exchange them in store and they tried to offer me a pair of boots off the clearance rack didn’t want to exchange my boots for the same exact boot or a different one of the same value. I was told to bring them in if I had a problem with them off the boot truck. Well didn’t work so well so I’m going to talk to the my owner of the company and see if we can do something different for 2024 Christmas."
