"Awful experience. I was told I would be able to use the discount I got from creating a Nike account when told about it a few days ago. I drive an hour here and am checking out when I’m told I can’t use my discount on most of my items. Garbage service, terrible communication, would not recommend."

"That manager is RUDE. I purchased a shoe 16 days ago as a gift and had to do an exchange since the size was too tight for the gift recipient. When I initially purchased this item they claimed that I was able to do exchanges and returns within a 30 day time frame. Cool, bought the item in unused and they refused to do a return or exchange saying it was past 30 days. Like girl can you do your math? Clearly school wasn't your strong suit. It hasn't been 30 days and you can clearly search it up within our purchase history via credit card & account. In the end she just told us to "leave" and that we should "just deal with it" just because she didn't feel like doing her job. Because of course! You can wear shoes thats too small for you. Not a place I would go to for purchasing shoes or gifts. Unpleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend this location."

"Excellent service. I was actually in this store back in November 22' and again a couple of weeks ago. I was given over the top care from an employee whose name has slipped my new mommy brain BUT he has a bracelet with black beading on it. If I return I will be sure to add his name. He assisted me in getting a pair of shoes and signing up in the nike app for a better discount. He was patient. Listened to my wants and really took his time to explain some things for clarification. Definitely a good experience and I'm greeted and assisted every time."
