"We came here for Mother’s Day weekend, about two nights, the check in process was pretty swift, I don’t think they have a check in office it was pretty much you check yourself, which as a young family we didn’t care, we a family it that way. When we went in we noticed we were the ONLY ones in the hotel it was amazing to have the hotel to your own self and enjoy the kawak, and paddle boats to yourself, but there wasn’t any service at all, no bar, no quick grab snack shop, you also can’t eat by the pool area that’s meant for eating even though nobody is there…. There was also another building that seemed to have toys for kids but wasn’t sure if it was for guest because it was to the side but there was no sighs…. and when it comes to the night, it seemed like a abandoned hotel there was no lights, nobody checking in on you we had to put something over the window because you can see inside the room because there were no curtains only blinds, if you are looking for a private people free weekend then this is the place for you. Overall the rooms were nice, bed was comfortable 3 pools is also great and had there own beach access which is amazing for kids. This hotel would do great with the right amenities and a little more love to the overall landscape and look. I will definitely book again but next time with family!! This hotel is perfect for big groups."

"We loved it! Stayed 3 nights and 4 days! Rooms were roomie and super clean with great cleaning service with towels provided for the water activities each day. They had water toys to explore the ocean and the pool and hot tub was amazing! They communicated well and was very attentive with us the whole time. The dock was over the clearest water and it was the best view."

"No contact policy. You don't meet the owner or anything. You can't use both of the small piers in the property. But it is clean , room is decent, but needs a lot of small minor repairs"

"Our stay at Bahia Bay was perfect. It was a getaway for our anniversary and the staff made sure to make us feel special with rose pedals on the bed and a bottle of champaign! The rooms are very clean, bed very comfortable and Michael is a great host that went over the top to accommodate us. We will be back for sure, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a keys vacation! You will get better care here than any big hotel or resort, you aren't just a number!"

"We have stayed in a variety of places in Key Largo & Tavernier and this has to rate up there. Possibly the prettiest and most accessible beach with 2 x docks. Rooms are spacious, (ours was duplex) and have all the amenities if a tad basic. Stunning views great pool area and hot tub. Very private. The host Michael was very amenable, even waited past normal check in time as we were delayed. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again."
