"What CAN'T I say about my visit to this location. I went in to look around without any expectation of buying items and purchased items for my family and me. I informed the sales associate of a specific fit; I was looking for jeans because, honestly, I couldn't find any jeans that fit my posture. Thanks to the sales associate “Nathalie” if I remember correctly. She helped me purchase jeans for my Wife and Me; I had no idea how to choose sizes, haha. Pleased about my purchase and absolutely will be shopping at this location in the future!"

"Very bad customer service. There was a line a mile long, but only one out of four cash registers open. The one girl at the cash registers spent over half an hour on one one customer making a return. There were three other employees milling about pretending to clean the store that could've gone to man the cash registers. Spent over 40 minutes in line to pay for a single shirt."

"I shop here a lot. Online and In store. As of recently I noticed a lot of changes in this location. New managers, new associates and I don’t think it’s for the bette. Upon entering I wasn’t greeted the most friendliest and granted I understand masks make things harder to understand. I had asked the sales associate for over sized T shirts for men and she’s didn’t recognize the product. No big deal I’m a big boy and I found it. Once I got to the cash wrap, the associate wasn’t very polite and kept getting flustered with me when entering my email. She just was over it. Once my transaction was complete she handed me a bag that was more of a brown paper bag and very uncomfortable to hold. I know my complaint is trivial and in the wake of current events it’s not a big deal. But I’m thinking of the next customer after me. How many people will they inevitably turn away because of lack of customer service skills and the sheer understanding of kindness."

"This Hollister is located at The Falls shopping center. They had good sales on the back. But overall I felt the variety was kind of limited. Service was very good!"

"Ordered a good amount of clothes to be shipped to the store thinking it would be faster & easier. Called twice, the first time spoke to a lady & told me she had only 3 items in the store told her thank u and I will call again to see when I will receive the rest. Called today again & spoke to the “manager” (who is disgustingly rude and does not know one thing about customer service.) & explained to me that they do not have anything in their store and the person who i spoke to previously is wrong & did not give me any information in regards to my package! Then while I was checking my email I received an email saying all my things are in the store when I called back she said they “just got there” overall horrible customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE"
