"Wearing an Aussie Shepherd out is a huge task. But when we dropped our boy off for the second time, he knew where he was and he GOT EXCITED! When we picked him up, the remainder of the day he just laid around looking exhausted. That in itself is a big deal! Lol It's holiday time and they had a REAL tree in the lobby and stockings, Christmas music playing in the background. And if your wondering what that has to do with a review about a dog resort...glad you asked! When management thinks about their staff and environment with care, it carries over to our pets. And it showed in our dog. Twice we have been there and we won't look anywhere else. We were told our boy was doing zoomies in the play yard...and that's all that needed to be said!"

"I just wanted to share that last week I unexpectedly had to put my chihuahua mix Remmy at your facility. We were on a one week vacation from New York. I was so scared and nervous for him. Your workers there were very caring and loving. When I reached out everyday to see how he was doing I was reassured with text and photos that he was doing great. When we picked him up he was bathed and looked healthy and happy after a one week stay. They frequently post pictures of the pack on their Facebook and all the dogs look like they are having a blast. My dog is super wiped out for the remainder of the evening and the next day.
