"Today I spent about approximately 12 minutes walking around and browsing the store with no greeting,no help and no concern from your employee “Leo”. What I did experience was him having his head down the whole entire time I spent in the store texting. I even walked closely because I had a question and wanted to see if he would ask because I’m use to being helped when coming in and spending the money I do. But,he was not concerned withONE customer walking in. Head down the whole time though I did notice another young nice gentleman was helping two young boys create the skate board of their dreams. I saw him walking from the front of the store to the back letting these kids try out their board, and helping them in detail. Wishing that I had the same help, I asked the young man his name, even when asking he didn’t even lift his head! Until I asked his name. So disregarded I decided to leave. A a manger should definitely Reprimand this team number as I am myself am an Operations manager and would not allow employees to use their phones at the counter. Terrible employee experience."

"The two guys who helped me build my board with speed and helped me build what looks like a perfect board for any level and the vibe was great! I should have caught the two guys names but the blonde guy and the brown haired guy were fantastic and definitely loved what they did! I would recommend this location to a beginner for sure. They had a good selection that wasn't overbearing."

"Fresh store cool vibes from the moment you walk in the door friendly staff members. They have an excellent selection of shoes, T-shirts, socks, and bathing suits to name a few. We really like going there . It is very well set up, and a very clean store. They play cool music it’s always colorful with lots to look at."

"Usually I have a great experience until I went in and this new young kid working there started talking to me and my son. He used some inappropriate language and he smelled like pot and had red eyes. Talked to a manager and they said he usually doesn’t work at their location and he’s from sawgrass mall. I hope he doesn’t come back. Everyone else is great though!"
