"As a business, I had a truly disappointing experience with this hotel, specifically dealing with the owner of the establishment. Despite there being a contract, signed by both parties, I never received my deposit back. It's been a frustrating year of empty promises from the owner, Mike. Mike, who apparently owns multiple hotels including Cadillac and this one, assured my business that the refund was on its way, but sadly, it was nothing more than lip service. It's disheartening to see a business fail to uphold their end of the agreement and engage in such unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this establishment to exercise caution. Choose your accommodations wisely, and be cautious when dealing with an owner like Mike, who seems more interested in making promises than delivering on them."
