"I am a Pet Sitter-Dog Walker. I have a few clients who bring their Dogs here intermittently to shake things up It's a great place. I love the setup. The staff is very kind.... But if you are late picking them up from Daycare by 7pm, they charge $1 a minute & that is a deal-breaker in my eyes"

"I really wanted to love this place, but we were really disappointed with the quality of care our dog received and the experience overall. When I picked my dog up this morning and noticed he was panting profusely like he was dehydrated. On top of that, I was given back his dog bed COVERED in urine. Not only fresh wet urine, but dried urine. The staff didn't even notice until I pointed this out. This means my dog had been sleeping in his own pee for days while he was here. We had originally booked him for an "outgoing bath" with Love My Dog but was told upon pickup that they don't start those until later in the day... would have been nice to know when we set our pickup time with them. If that wasn't bad enough, we received almost his whole bag of food back. I specifically measured the amount of food he would need while he was there and was shocked that it wasn't even half used. Normally, I'm not concerned about my dog being underfed because he LOVES to eat, but this was another red flag for us on top of everything else. We were planning on leaving straight from Love My Dog to start our 18+ hour road trip back home. Instead, we cried in the parking lot at our horrible decision to book him here and decided to postpone our trip so we could properly get him cleaned up and find a way to either salvage or replace his ruined bed. If you actually love your dog, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere for boarding in the St. Pete/Tampa Area."

"Updated Review... This was my go-to spot for my dog. The staff and location were fantastic. One day, I went to pick up my pooch and was told that because he was an Intact Male, we were no longer welcome at the location. The explanation was that some other dog at a different facility had bitten a staff member. So since that dog was intact and mean then all males who are intact are dangerous. By their logic. I was told originally because my dog was proven to be a Good Boy with literally ZERO aggressive traits, they he was grandfathered in. Now we have no place to put gim up when needed thanks to the ignorance of some people. To put the cherry on top, they did not refund the remaining balance I had prepaid for my dog to stay. This place went from 5 stars to 0 in my book. If I could give zero stars, I would. Find another location away from here. You'll be better off."
